Doctors Without Borders / Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) visited the Bicol Medical Center and the Family Clinic as the tertiary referral hospital for most of the emergent cases seen at the community/ground zero (Bula, Camarines Sur) during their medical and relief operations in the aftermath of TS Kristine. Through Tarabangan - Bicol Disaster Volunteer Network, we were able to form an alliance with them in bringing healthcare to the most vulnerable. Forging veritable partnerships like this will help us in attaining our ultimate goal and promote Universal Healthcare for one and all.
