Good morning. We would like to apologize to our patients for any inconvenience brought about by the management’s decision to hold operations today.

As much as we want to continue serving our populace , our previous experience with TD Kristine made us wary of any natural calamity that would cease our operations for weeks on end.

Our people were also subjected to losses unimagined because of the massive flooding.

It is by sheer will and determination that enabled us to resume operations again.

However for everyone’s safety , we have had to take precautions to safekeep all equipment. And help everyone to prepare our individual households as well.

Every life matters. Thank you so much for understanding why we had to make difficult choices at this time.

With God’s grace , Mayon Kidney Care Center will be back.

Please keep us in your prayers as you are in ours.

Dios marhay na hapon po saindo gabos.Mahagad po kami pasensya na sarado po ang Clinic sa maabot na aldaw or simana.Entero po binaha sa laog kan mag agui si TD Kristine kasubangui.

Moving forward, nag coordinate na po ako sa matabang samo maglinig and mag ayos kang mga gamit na natumba kang baha.

Dakula ko po na pasasalamat sa samong staff na nag anduyog sa nawalat na pasyente kasubangui habang nag resibi kang saindang treatment.

I can't thank them enough for all they did to save the lives of the patients especially when it was time to evacuate the building.

I couldn't be any prouder of our team.Thank you so very very much.
