Hereโs something I keep learning about resilience:
๐๐ญโ๐ฌ ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐๐ฎ๐ข๐ฅ๐, ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฌ๐๐ฅ๐-๐๐ข๐ฌ๐๐ข๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฐ๐๐ซ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ ๐ฐ๐๐ฒ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐จ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ญ.
Every time you stick to a small habit,
or choose whatโs right over whatโs easy,
youโre actually strengthening the parts of your brain that help you stay focused, calm, and adaptable.
Science calls it ๐ง๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ, your brainโs ability to rewire itself based on what you do over and over again.
That means things like:
๐ปWaking up when you said you would
๐ป Turning in the work even when you donโt feel like it
๐ป Taking a break before you burn out..these arenโt just tasks.
Theyโre practice. Theyโre building your inner foundation.
Discipline trains your brain.
Resilience is what grows from it.
So if youโve been showing up, even imperfectly,
youโre already building something strong. ๐ Keep going. ๐ช
