Calling our BLOOD HEROES...

𝐁𝐌𝐂 𝐁𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐃 𝐁𝐀𝐍𝐊 𝐈𝐒 𝐍𝐎𝐖 𝐂𝐎𝐃𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐃!! 🚨

Kinakaipuhan ta po nin mga voluntary blood donors puon saaga, September 5 hanggang 6, 2024 (8:00 AM) sa PSO Training Hall, City Hall Compound.

Pwede mag-donate an mga minasunod:

🩸Edad 18 hanggang 65 years old. An mga 15-17 years old pwede man basta ugwang pirmado na parental consent.
🩸At least 50 kilograms.
🩸Marhay an kabuuang salud, mayong dawa ano na infections o iba pang kahelangan.
🩸Mayong history nin malubhang helang arog kan HIV/AIDS o hepatitis.
🩸A may mga tattoo o piercing pwede man mag-donate basta lagpas 12 months na antes kan pagpa-laag.
🩸Bakong bados o kakaaki pa lang sa nakaaging anom (6) na bulan.
🩸Mayong alcohol consumption sa laog kan 24 oras bago mag-donate.
