We would like to inform everyone that the Pilates Yoga Exercise session scheduled for April 10, 2026 will be cancelled.

Our next Pilates sessions will resume on the following dates:

🕖 Time: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM

This activity aims to promote health awareness and support overall wellness by encouraging regular glucose monitoring as part of a healthy lifestyle.

🩸 Random Glucose Testing Guidelines:

• Fasting is not required, but please come at least 2 hours after eating.
• Avoid excessive intake of very sugary food or drinks before testing, if possible.
• Inform the health staff if you are diabetic, pregnant, or taking maintenance medications.
