We would like to inform everyone that the Pilates Yoga Exercise session scheduled for April 10, 2026 will be cancelled.
Our next Pilates sessions will resume on the following dates:

🕖 Time: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Please arrive on time so we can start promptly at 7:00 AM. Kindly confirm your attendance through the provided registration link.

Mats and resistance bands will be provided, or you may also bring your own. Please wear comfortable exercise attire and bring your Pilates resistance band (the one provided).
