Nance Holding Arch
A space maintainer that we use specifically on the upper arch on young patients who had their baby molars extracted at a very early age.
This will prevent permanent 1st molars to drift / move on the extracted site hence maintaining its space.
This will prevent future crowding of the permanent teeth.

Old bridge is ill-fittted that presents microleakage causing infection on its abutments.
