🌟 Juana Berinstein, from the Ontario Midwives Association in Canada, was a plenary speaker at earlier this year. She spoke about how gender bias is intertwined with the way midwives are valued and ultimately, paid, as she told the story of pay equity advocacy.

✨ AOM’s precedent-setting application to the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario found that the government had set a discriminatory pay structure for midwives.
