Providers Medical Center Team Building Activity 2025
Theme: “Sama-Sama sa Pag-Akyat: Teamwork That Builds, Success That Rises”

In a continued effort to foster camaraderie, collaboration, and holistic employee wellness, Providers Medical Center successfully held its 2025 Team Building Activity with the theme “Sama-Sama sa Pag-Akyat: Teamwork That Builds, Success That Rises.” The event was conducted in two batches—on June 21–22 and July 1–2, 2025—at the scenic D’ Elmer’s Resort and Convention Hotel in Dinadiawan, Aurora, with a total of 195 employees and officers participating.
The program began with Preliminaries and Welcome Remarks that set a warm and inspiring tone for the activities ahead. This was followed by a Team Building Activity through an immersive Educational Tour, which encouraged learning, strengthened collaboration, and nurtured shared experiences beyond the usual work environment.
The evening featured a vibrant Fellowship Night, offering a space for connection, relaxation, and deeper unity among all participants.
Part II of the program was held in the Function Hall and opened with a brief ceremony and a shared Dinner. A key highlight was the Stress Management and Customer Service Seminar, which equipped employees with essential tools for personal well-being and professional growth. The seminar was followed by a Konsulta Overview, providing valuable updates and insights into the strategic direction of the Providers Konsulta Program.
The two-day activity culminated in a Commitment Signing Ceremony, where employees formally pledged their dedication to teamwork, service excellence, and the core values of the organization.
This successful initiative once again demonstrated Providers Medical Center’s unwavering commitment to nurturing a resilient, united, and empowered workforce—ready to climb greater heights, together.
