☑️Ang SIPON o kilala bilang common colds ay viral infection sa ilong at lalamunan. Kaya naman ito ay tinatawag na upper respiratory tract infection (URTI). Ang kadalasang mga sintomas nito ay pagbabara ng ilong, at pagtulo ng sipon o runny nose.

Ngayong tag-ulan, usong-uso na naman ang mga sakit. Nariyan ang sipon, ubo at lagnat.
Siguradong maging ikaw ay nagka-trangkaso na rin. Anong iniinom mo kapag nagkakaroon ka ng ganitong sakit?
Sapat na ba ang paracetamol sa iyo?
Eh, tama ba ang paraan ng pag-inom mo? Napakahalagang malaman ng isang taong may ganitong karamdaman, kung ano talaga ang gamot sa trangkaso na dapat inumin, tuwing anong oras ito dapat inumin, at ano ang dosage na dapat sa edad at klase ng trangkaso mayroon siya.

Alam niyo ba na ang Trangkaso o Influenza o Flu ay
isang uri ng pangkaraniwang sakit. Isa itong uri ng sakit na pana-panahon o nauuso ang paglitaw, na biglaan ang pagdating, partikular na tuwing panahon ng tag-ulan o taglamig. Para hindi basta-basta magkaroon ng flu, ugaliing palakasin ang iyong immune system.

Mga paraan para maiwasan ang Flu:
1. Tiyaking balanse ang diet o ang kinakain araw-araw
