What is Vertigo and How is it Treated?

Vertigo is a sensation of spinning or moving, even when you're still. It’s often caused by inner ear issues like BPPV, vestibular neuritis, or Meniere’s disease.

Treatment May Include:
✅ Balance exercises (vestibular rehab)
✅ Medications
✅ Epley maneuver (for BPPV)
✅ Treating the underlying cause

I Have Ear Discharge — What Should I Do?

Ear discharge (or otorrhea) may be a sign of:
🔸 Infection
🔸 Injury
🔸 Eardrum perforation

❗ Don’t self-medicate or use cotton swabs. See an ENT specialist for proper diagnosis and treatment.

How Can I Protect My Eardrums?

Your eardrums are delicate—protect them with simple habits:
✅ Don’t insert anything into your ears
✅ Avoid loud noises; wear ear protection
✅ Keep ears dry after swimming or bathing
✅ Consult an ENT Specialist for proper diagnosis and treatment

Healthy ears = better hearing. Protect them daily!
