Ang Republic Act 9482, o Anti-Rabies Act of 2007, ay isang batas na naglalayong kontrolin at iwaksi ang rabies sa mga tao at hayop.

Layunin
*Protektahan at palakasin ang karapatan sa kalusugan ng mga tao
*Magtatag ng isang sistema para sa kontrol, pag-iwas sa pagkalat, at pag-aalis ng rabies sa mga tao at hayop
*Magtatag ng isang National Rabies Prevention and Control Program
*Magtatag ng isang sentral na database system para sa mga a*o na na-rehistro at na-bakuna

Mga Responsibilidad ng Pet Owner
*I-report agad sa mga kinaugalian na opisyal ang anumang insidente ng pagkagat ng a*o sa loob ng 24 na oras
*Ilagay ang a*o sa ilalim ng obserbasyon ng isang beterinaryo ng pamahalaan o pribado
*Huwag patayin o eutanasahin ang a*o sa loob ng 14 na araw mula sa insidente ng pagkagat

Mga Pagmumulta
*Pagtanggi sa pag-obserbasyon ng a*o pagkatapos na kagatin ang isang tao
*Pagtanggi sa pag-obserbasyon ng a*o at hindi pagbabayad sa mga gastusin sa medikal ng taong kagatin
*Pagtanggi sa paglalagay ng tali sa a*o kapag palabas ng bahay
*Pagbebenta ng a*o para sa karne
