Good day Michaelinians!

Due to the unforeseen circumstances, some students were unable to participate in the recent Routine Psychological Testing. To ensure that all students have the opportunity to complete this important assessment, the Guidance Center have decided to set another scheduled testing date.

The new date for the routine psychological testing will be on November 12, 2024 to November 14, 2024. This will be held from 8 am to 5 pm at the SMCC Audio Visual Room and SMCC Triangulo Campus. Attached is the schedule of the said matter.

Should you have any questions and concerns regarding this schedule, please feel free to visit the Guidance Center for your clarification.

NOTE: THIS IS PART OF YOUR FINAL CLEARANCE.

ANNOUNCEMENT 🔊🔊:

To all 4TH YEAR GRADUATING STUDENTS who were NOT able to take the ROUTINE PSYCHOLOGICAL TEST during routine testing schedule, the Guidance Center is informing you that we will be conducting the said test starting today. Please be inform that it will be a first come, first served basis. We will cater 10 students per session.

Should you have any concerns and additional queries with regards to this matter, you may visit the Guidance Center.

CLEARANCE SIGNING REQUIREMENTS

1. Filled out Student Personal Information Sheet with a brown envelope. (1st year – 4th year college students)

2. Psychological Test. If you are not able to take the test you will have to secure a Special Examination Permit from the dean after the final examination for you to take the psychological test. (Refer to guidance center memorandum number 001 s. 2024)
(1st, 3rd 4th year college students)

3. Attendance – Anti-Bullying & Drug Awareness Symposium (1st year – 3rd year college students)
To those who were not able to attend the Anti-Bullying & Drug Awareness Symposium, present/give either of the requirements below:
• Medical Certificate. If your reason for not attending is about your health problems.
• Certificate of Employment. If you are working on that day and no one will substitute your post. (Signed by manager/owner/employer with company’s valid ID or seal)
• Death Certificate. If your reason for not attending is about the death of your loved one (family & relatives).
• Marriage Certificate. If your reason is you attended a wedding.

*Note: Dates of the abovementioned documents should be aligned with the date of the school activities.

If you cannot present any of the requirements above, you have to provide a One-page REFLECTION PAPER.

•Long Bond paper (Font Size: 12)
