This psychological wellness session with the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office of Nasugbu, Batangas, was a reminder that responders, rescuers, and frontliners also need care. Through guided reflection, grounding, and shared processing, we focused on restoring balance, strengthening emotional regulation, and recognizing the weight they carry in service of the community.

Art has a way of revealing what we often hide.
Through colors, shapes, and symbols, our participants explored the parts of themselves that rarely get seen. It was a tender and emotional session; one we hold with deep respect.

Today, we honor the bravery it takes to put colors to what the heart holds. While the whole day session was emotional and personal, we honor their privacy by sharing only these snapshots.
