Mobilizing Young Leaders: Navigating Laws, Cultivating Self-awareness and Championing Mental health - January 31, 2026

What an unforgettable day at Dr. Crisogono B. Ermita Senior Memorial National High School!

Ms. Noemi Rose Rayles, started things off with her talk on "Cultivating Self-awareness and Good leader" Using her own experiences and practical advice Ms. Noemi explained why it's important to know yourself well, She told stories of young people who grew stronger by thinking about their feelings and making smart choices, simple Exercises that helped us feel more confident and thoughtful about our own lives. Her presentation and discussion really helped us understand how self awareness can lead to be better decisions and stronger leadership skills in everyday situations.

Dra. Lida C. Landicho, a psychologist who specializes in helping young people. Dra. Landicho mixed her knowledge from years of study with inspiring stories from her work, teaching us about why mental health matters and how to be break down the shame around it. also shared statistics on how mental health issues affect teens and gave tips on recognizing signs of stress, making her talk both educational and relatable for us as students.

And Atty. Eddie Boy D. Dimafelix, a respected lawyer, gave a discussion about "Navigating Laws and Rights" He made complicated legal ideas easy to understand by sharing examples from real life, such as how young people can stand up for their rights in school.

We are truly grateful to all our speakers your stories have given us the motivation and proof that we can make a difference as young leaders!
