--> OB Gyne, Doctors /Midwife/Nurse nga knowledgeable about family planning
--> kay kani sila ang nakabalo ani.

So ug kita naay wala nasabtan, mangutana ta. Dili ta mag post sa facebook, mag share2x unya mag advice2x bisag dili diay mao. Mangutana tag ensakto para correct pod na information atoang ma share. 🫣☺️

Kani duha (IUD ug IMPLANT) atoang best reversible (dili permanent) na pang long term family planning. Ayaw mo ka discourage tungod sa post2x ana uban na klarong kulang sa information, kay intawon sukad2x walay namatay ug tetanus tungod sa IUD. Pero daghang namatay tungod sa sunod2x na pag buros kay walay saktong family planning.

Ligtas ang may alam mga Ate ug Inday.

Pakig istorya sa inyuang RHU / Family Planning staff / OB GYNE para sa correct na information.

Libre ra ang IUD ug implant sa atoang mga government offices.
Kani SAFE, EFFECTIVE ug best pang long term.

Ps ang TETANUS makuha na sa KAGAW gikan sa hugaw / yuta. Ang pag taud sa IUD limpyo na (aseptic technique). Dili unta ta patakag storya. Hehe
