Urinary frequency is common in pregnancy. Lalo na nasa third trimester due to growing baby pressing on your bladder.

But, it is important to know that urinary frequency and urgency may caused by UTI, especially accompanied by pain or burning sensation during urination.

Untreated UTI may cause preterm labor and delivery,low birth weight babies and neonatal infections .

Sometimes, women needs a little pampering. (From our regular facial treatment and skin care, mani-pedi, microblading -because kilay is life!-, and even shopping)

But this love month, the greatest gift you could give yourself, is to have yourself screened for CERVICAL CANCER.

Almost all cervical cancers are caused by human papillomavirus (HPV), a common virus that can be passed from one person to another during s*x.

One of the screening tests that can help prevent cervical cancer is the Pap test (or Pap smear). It looks for precancers, cell changes on the cervix that might become cervical cancer if they are not treated appropriately.

Prevention is key. HPV vaccine provides safe, effective, and lasting protection against the HPV infections that most commonly cause cancer.
