Same weight, new story.

In the first photo (February 2025), I weighed 58kg. No proper workouts, no guidance, and no real understanding of what my body needed.

In the second photo (September 2025), still 58kg but stronger, more confident, and healthier than ever.

The number on the scale didn’t change, but I did. With the help of a fitness coach, coach Alvin Jess I learned the value of proper training, balanced nutrition, and consistency. It’s not just about losing weight , it’s about gaining strength, discipline, and self-love. -Ms. Andrea
