This week, Jen Chavez, MD - Transformational Yoga Teacher will be focusing on Sacral Chakra!

The Sacral Chakra is said to be the vortex of energy located at the pelvic or hypogastric area, below the navel.

Physically, it governs the reproductive organs, as well as things in the body that flow, such as blood, lymphatics, breath and energy.

Mentally and emotionally, it allows us to experience pleasure without the feeling of shame.

This Friday 7AM, join us at The Yoga Teachers Hub Paragon Pilates for a sacral chakra activation session! This especially benefits people with poor immunity, reproductive issues, or who are victims of abuse.
