Mga Serbisyong Nakapaloob:

✔️ Libreng OB-GYNE consultation -- prenatal, menopause, fertility, family planning, infections, etc.
✔️ Libreng OB-GYNE Ultrasound, gamot at ilan pang laboratory tests
✔️ Libreng Panganganak (Normal Delivery o Cesarean Section)
✔️ Libreng Operasyon sa Matris at Obaryo -- Myoma, Cystectomy, IUD Insertion, Tubal Ligation, etc.

Magpa-check, magpa-konsulta, magpaalaga.
Dahil ang kalusugan mo, mahalaga.

Magpacheck up at i-avail ang libreng gamot.

Sa Yakap Gamot Program, may hanggang ₱20,000 halaga ng libreng gamot kada taon para sa bawat miyembro at dependent na sakop ng programa—kung ito ay ireseta ng iyong Yakap physician.

✔️ Libreng gamot hanggang ₱20,000 kada taon, kada miyembro o dependent ng Philhealth
✔️ Saklaw ang mga gamot sa GAMOT Coverage List
✔️ Nakabatay sa reseta ng Yakap physician

Good news, Olongapeños!

Under the Yakap Gamot Program, qualified patients are now entitled to up to ₱20,000 worth of medicines per member or dependent.

📌 Who can avail?
All registered members and their dependents who are under the care of a Yakap Clinic.

📌 What is covered?
Medicines included in the approved GAMOT Coverage List may be provided, as long as these are prescribed by your Yakap physician.

📌 Important reminders:
• Medicines must be based on the official prescription of your Yakap physician
• Coverage applies per member or dependent
• Follow proper consultation and referral processes at your assigned health facility

This initiative aims to ensure that every Olongapeño has access to essential, life-saving medications without financial burden.
