(Buntis ng 8weeks pataas, Na Nagpapa prenatal check up sa Sta. Rita health center at wala pang ultrasound na nagawa .AT kababaihan na Hindi buntis pero need ng consult sa gyne)

Magtungo lng Po sa sta. Rita health center (May 13, 2026( Wednesday )8:30 am- 11:00 am .
Maari lamang po na mgsuot ng dress.

Wala Po tayong bakuna or immunization sa baby sa darating na April 29 (Wednesday) at prenatal check up sa buntis at general check up sa April 30(Thursday) sa kadahilanang may Program Implementation Review (activity)po Ang mga Staff.

Sa mg naudlot na bakuna Po ay Maaari pong ibalik po si baby sa May 6(Wednesday) at sa prenatal check up Po ay sa may 7 (Thursday) .

Marami pong salamat sa pag unawa..

Good news, Olongapeños!

Under the Yakap Gamot Program, qualified patients are now entitled to up to ₱20,000 worth of medicines per member or dependent.

📌 Who can avail?
All registered members and their dependents who are under the care of a Yakap Clinic.

📌 What is covered?
Medicines included in the approved GAMOT Coverage List may be provided, as long as these are prescribed by your Yakap physician.

📌 Important reminders:
• Medicines must be based on the official prescription of your Yakap physician
• Coverage applies per member or dependent
• Follow proper consultation and referral processes at your assigned health facility

This initiative aims to ensure that every Olongapeño has access to essential, life-saving medications without financial burden.
