Not a reset button, but another chance to show up and stay consistent.

Progress doesn’t come from starting over again and again.
It comes from being present… even on the days you don’t feel like it.

It's not a new exercise. It's not a supplement.
The single habit that moved the needle most for my clients this year was this: writing one sentence after every workout about how they felt.
That's it. One sentence.
"Felt strong today — sleep was better last night."
"Low energy but still showed up. That matters."
"Hit a new PR on squats. Mood was great all day."
Here's why it works 👇
When you start paying attention to how you feel , not just what you lift or how you look , something shifts. You start noticing patterns. You see what fuels you and what drains you. You catch yourself before you spiral.
Self-awareness builds consistency.
Consistency builds results.
It takes 30 seconds. You don't need a fancy journal. Notes app. Voice memo. Scribble on your hand if you have to.
The point isn't the format. The point is that you pause, reflect, and give yourself credit for showing up.

URBANFIT – KIDS (Ages 7–15)

Program Starts: April 13, 2026
Sign-up Period: April 6–12, 2026

Vacation season doesn’t have to be gadgets all day.
UrbanFit – Kids is a coached functional fitness program that introduces kids to movement standards, safe strength fundamentals, and conditioning—guided by a professional coach every session.

Benefits your child will build:
✅ Better coordination, confidence, and stamina
✅ Discipline and resilience through real training structure
✅ Stronger movement skills (run, jump, squat, push, pull, carry)
✅ A healthier routine during school-off season

Safety First:
We will not make kids lift heavy weights. We focus on teaching proper form using kid-safe equipment, and everything is fully supervised by the coach on deck.

Schedule: 10:00 AM — Mon / Wed / Sat
Class Capacity: Max 10 kids per class (once full, we open a new class)
Price: ₱2,800 for 4 weeks
