Akala mo bata lang ang kailangang purgahin? Hindi po. 😷

Ito po ay isang hookworm na nakitang sumisipsip ng dugo habang nagcocolonoscopy sa isang ADULT patient.
Oo, kahit matanda na, puwedeng magkaroon ng bulate — lalo na kung laging nakayapak, exposed sa lupa, kumakain na hindi malinis ang kamay, o walang regular na deworming.

Magpa-check up at magpa-purga kung kinakailangan.

Mas mabuti nang maagapan kaysa magka-anemia, manghina, o mas malalang komplikasyon.

🪱 Adult deworming is real. Huwag balewalain.
