HIRING: CLINIC OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health Administration, Nursing, or related field
• At least 3 years experience in clinic, hospital, or diagnostic center operations
• Hands-on experience with OPD, PEME, and HMO billing coordination
• Experience handling corporate accounts and mobile/on-site medical exams
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinic & Operations Flow
• Oversee daily OPD and PEME workflow from registration to report release
• Manage patient flow and minimize waiting time
• Ensure all required tests and procedures are completed without omissions
• Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and operational efficiency
Staff Supervision & Scheduling
• Supervise and coordinate doctors, nurses, med techs, radiologic techs, and admin staff
• Prepare duty rosters, doctor schedules, and reliever assignments
• Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure staff accountability
• Address day-to-day operational and workflow concerns
Occupational Health & Mobile Operations
• Coordinate corporate PEME and on-site medical exams
• Manage mobile clinic operations, including staff deployment and equipment readiness
• Ensure timely completion and release of corporate medical reports
Billing, Quality & Compliance
• Coordinate with Accounting for HMO and corporate billing completeness
• Handle patient concerns, complaints, and incident reports professionally
• Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs and DOH requirements
