๐Ÿ“ŒIngredients
* 1 medium onion, peeled and sliced thinly
* 1 bulb garlic, peeled and minced
* 2 thumb-sized ginger (peeled), julienned
* 500g pork kasim, cut into strips
* 100g pork liver, cut into thin strips
* 5 tablespoons fish sauce
* 6 cups water
* 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
* 2 pack miswa
* 1 stalk onion leeks, chopped

๐Ÿ“ŒInstructions
1. In a large pan over medium heat, heat oil. Add ginger, garlic, and onion, and cook until softened.
2. Add pork. Cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
3. Add fish sauce and pork liver then cook for about 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Add water, cover and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes or until meat is tender.
5. Increase heat to high and bring the broth to a rolling boil.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Add miswa and continue to cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
8. Add onion leeks, turn off the heat and cover to allow residual steam to cook leeks. Serve hot.
