WORLD DIABETES DAY. Sugar ay kontrolin.

Ramdam ng puso mo ang asukal mo.

Ang diabetes ay hindi lang tungkol sa asukal — ito’y tungkol din sa puso.

Ang mga may diabetes ay 2–4× mas mataas ang panganib magkaroon ng sakit sa puso.

Ngayong World Diabetes Day, alalahanin:
✅ Alagaan ang blood sugar, BP at cholesterol.
✅ Mag-ehersisyo at kumain nang wasto.
✅ Magpatingin sa inyong doktor.
