Honored to have been invited as a speaker last March 10, 2026 at the Philippine Ports Authority PMO-WLB, Ormoc City, to give a talk on Women’s Reproductive Health.

The session focused on promoting awareness about women’s wellness check-up, cervical cancer screening, breast health, postpartum changes, and menopause. It was a privilege to share valuable information that empowers women to take charge of their health and well-being.
