Dear Patients,

1. Please make sure you have ample supplies of your maintenance and emergency medications.
2. Seek consult from your respective doctors or at the outpatient department if you have any complaints, before the typhoon's expected arrival.
3. Make sure your BP apparatuses and glucose meters (if you have them) are calibrated and replenished with batteries/glucose strips. Any medical equipment that you constantly use or might need must be in good condition.
4. For those with special needs like specific diets, supplies or hospital-related activities like Physical Therapy/Rehab -- coordinate with your sources right away.
5. Most importantly, stay calm, knowing that you are prepared this time, and keep praying.
