The Bagong Urgent Care and Ambulatory Service (BUCAS) program aims to bridge the gap between primary care facilities like Plaridel Community Hospital (PCH) and higher level health institutions like MHARS Medical Center (MHARSMC)

A DOH program sought to increase access of both urgent and ambulatory medical and surgical care needs especially to indigent population.
