Nephro Specialist of Ozamiz Dialysis Inc. is looking for a PhilHealth Officer willing to be assigned in Ozamiz, Dipolog, or Pagadian.
Qualifications:
Dialysis Head Nurse:
Graduate of BS Nursing
Must be PRC License holder
Must have an IV Therapist Certificate
With at least 3-years experience is preferred
With ACLS / BLS certification
Must have didactics training Certificate
• Good knowledge of the standards of accepted patient care;
• ability to maintain effective working relations with other health care providers;
• ability to adequately record observations of the patients in writing; good judgment; tact; initiative; physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position.
• Ability to operate dialysis machine
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and observation skills.
• The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Patient and compassionate
• Proven experience as dialysis nurse
Dialysis Technician:
College Undergraduate, with existing Dialysis Technician Training Certificate
With at least 1-year experience is preferred
• Good knowledge of the standards of accepted patient care.
• good knowledge of the principles and practice of aseptic techniques; good knowledge of equipment, instruments, procedures and supplies used in hemodialysis.
• ability to maintain effective working relations with other health care providers.
• ability to adequately record observations of the patients in writing; good judgment; tact; initiative; physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position.
Dialysis Nurse:
Graduate of BS Nursing
Must be PRC License holder
