The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center Department of Radiotherapy is now open for application for its 4-year residency program in Radiation Oncology.
REQUIREMENTS:

• Two (2) passport sized pictures (preferably colored on a white background)
• Medical School Transcript of Records
• Class Ranking and General Weighted Average from College Secretary/Dean
• Certificate of Postgraduate Medical Internship Training
• PRC Board Rating
• PRC Certificate/Diploma
• Service Record of previous employment if any (photocopy)
• Updated certification of good moral character from two (2) persons/official of integrity
• Valid Basic Life Support Training Certificate
• Immunization Records
• Birth Certificate from Philippine Statistics Authority
• Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (secure from the Medical Training and Research Office)
DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS: September 30, 2021
EVALUATION PERIOD (Written Examination, Initial Interview, Pre-Residency Period, Final Interview): October 1-31, 2021
