• Can handle basic admin tasks and reports
• Experience in spa/salon is an advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Welcoming and assisting clients professionally
• Managing bookings (walk-ins, calls, Facebook inquiries)
• Handling payments and daily sales recording
• Preparing and organizing branch paperwork
• Submitting daily reports to Operations Manager
• Ensuring smooth front desk operations
