A few years ago, I made a decision to let go of my General OB-GYN practice and focus solely on Infertility . Some may have seen it as a sacrifice , but to me, it has always been a blessing.

Bonna was only 32 years old when she and her husband Ozy, 62, came to us in April 2024. They believed that IVF was their best hope for having a baby, especially since Ozy had undergone a vasectomy in a previous marriage. Because of this known male factor, they naturally assumed Bonna had no fertility issues. But a thorough evaluation revealed surprising challenges on her side too: a low AMH of 0.56 ng/ml indicating diminished ovarian reserve, adenomyosis, and endometrial polyps.
Their treatment plan was comprehensive: IVF-ICSI with surgical s***m retrieval, hysteroscopy, and GnRH therapy — all to prepare for that one precious embryo. Finally , In March 2025, a single good-quality blastocyst was transferred… and by God’s grace, they are now pregnant!
Their journey reminded us of an important truth:
INFERTILITY is often due to both MALE and FEMALE factors. Even if one partner has an obvious or severe issue, it doesn’t mean the other is completely in the clear. That’s why BOTH must be assessed and managed TOGETHER to give the couple the best chance of success in the shortest time possible .

This is Abby, a 44 year old Filipina based in New Zealand, who once thought motherhood might already be impossible for her. With her age and a diagnosis of adenomyosis and endometrial polyp, plus a history of 2 failed attempts at IVF, She had every reason to feel discouraged. But She held on to hope and came to our center in September 2023. We carefully made out a personalized plan, addressing her condition , coordinating every detail with her while She was abroad, and incorporating PGT or preimplantation genetic testing during her IVF cycle with us in January 2024. She produced 8 eggs and 3 blastocysts but only one turned out to be chromosomally normal. But one FET attempt in March 2025 was all it took for her to achieve this pregnancy! Praise God! Her story proves that age, distance, and past failures cannot limit what God can do!

Yes, you are correct. What you are seeing here is an ultrasound picture of twins. But what you don’t see is the silent struggle that a couple went through in order to come to this point. At the age of 38 and 40, with infertility of 17 years they knew that the odds were not in their favor. Despite seeking help from other doctors, No clear cause was found, and No effective solution was offered. They came to our clinic in September 2024 and Our basic work up revealed No major issues except for PCOS. So, we recommended something simple, a cycle of IUI. To everyone’s joy, they got pregnant! But that joy quickly turned to sorrow when the pregnancy ended at 7 weeks. Despite the painful setback, they didnt give up. We didnt either. We encouraged them to take a few months to focus on lifestyle changes. Better blood sugar control for her and quitting smoking and drinking for him. Then we tried again. This time the miracle came in double! Twins! They have reached the second trimester and graduated from our clinic. Let’s continue to pray for a safe delivery at full term!

Rona and Noel were both 42 when they first came to us in September 2022. They already had history of an ectopic pregnancy, 3 early miscarriages and a failed IVF in another clinic. After 13 years of Infertility they knew that the odds were against them, but they were not ready to give up. Neither were we.
We proceeded with an IVF cycle in November 2022 , retrieving 27 eggs which gave us 6 blastocysts. We transferred 2 embryos but this sadly also resulted in a miscarriage . We reevaluated their case and in April 2024, we transferred 2 more embryos. This time they conceived twins. Unfortunately one was lost at 7 weeks due to vanishing twin syndrome. But the other little miracle held on and now here She is, baby Yona. Today at 6 months old She is a living testimony to her parents’ unshakable determination, and to the faithfulness of a God who never fails. Thank you for trusting us with your journey! “Oooh…kaya naman pala.” Yan ang nasabi ni Cherry Rose, isang simpleng maybahay, sa kanyang sarili habang ineexplain ko sa kanilang mag-asawa ang IVF procedure at kung magkano ang gagastusin dito. Sa loob ng maraming taon, ang buong akala nila ni Leo, isang seafarer, na ang IVF ay para lang sa mga mayayaman. Pero noong naintindihan nila ang proseso ay nagbago ang lahat. Nagkaroon sila ng panibagong pag-asa at nanalig at naghanda. Ngayon kasama na sila sa aming success stories! Isang kuwento ng tagumpay para sa mga nangangarap magkaroon ng anak. Naafford nila ang isang Oocyte Retrieval, isang Frozen Embryo Transfer, ( at isang Operative Hysteroscopy for Endometrial polyp) TTC of 11 years! No, IVF is not only for the Rich! This baby’s parents are both simple market vendors or tindera sa palengke. But with hard work and determination, they were able to afford one Oocyte Retrieval , one Frozen Embryo Transfer and Operative laparoscopy for blocked fallopian tubes. Both are only in their mid 20’s. Praise God!
