📍It is unfortunate that electronic prescriptions for medications needing S2 license shall no longer be accepted by PDEA registered retailers of dangerous drugs.
We advise that you visit your Psychiatrist for an original triplicate copy of the abovementioned.

❗️Methylpenidate needs a special prescription pad obtained from the Department of Health for which our clinic does not yet have due to limited stocks. We will do our best to procure one as soon as able.

❗️For those on the following medications shown below (EXCEPT for methylphenidate), we may arrange shipping of the original prescriptions but the corresponding fees would be shouldered by the respective patients.

For everyone’s information, Teleconsultation services are for non-urgent/ non-emergency cases. It was originally meant amid the pandemic, in order to cater to patients while on lockdown.
While we still continue with our services, please bear in mind that Teleconsultation is NOT the main means of consultation nowadays. We have shifted back to face-to-face clinics since late 2021.
Let it be known that our doctor has other responsibilities and patients from outside this online platform. In as much as we want to answer all your messages at the blink of an eye, we sadly cannot.

❗️If you could not wait for our replies, kindly go to your nearest hospitals so you may be assessed and managed accordingly.

❗️We do not accept calls outside your schedule.

❗️We do not refill prescriptions if you have not been seen for more than six months or you are not our regular patient.

❗️It is every patient’s right to seek consultation from other physicians.

If you find this platform as an inconvenience to you, we sincerely apologize and recommend that you find others to cater to your needs.
