Under the inspiring theme “ 𝙰 𝙼𝚊𝚐𝚒𝚌𝚊𝚕 𝚁𝚎𝚗𝚍𝚎𝚣𝚟𝚘𝚞𝚜” the Rotary Club of Central Panabo City proudly stood among the most honored clubs during the Rotary District 3860 Awards and Recognition Ceremony, a celebration of dedication, leadership, and the spirit of service above self.

The event became a defining moment for the club as it received multiple distinctions, recognizing not only the members’ commitment but also their collective heart for service and community transformation.

The Rotary Club of Central Panabo City expresses its profound gratitude to Assistant Governor Jovencio C. Buntag, whose leadership, dedication, and guidance have been instrumental in the club’s continued success. His unwavering commitment to “Service Above Self” inspires every member to strive for excellence and unity in purpose.

The club likewise extends its deep appreciation to District Governor Caroline Lee Andrade, District Rotary Foundation Chair Stephen P. Chan, and all Rotarians in District 3860 for their steadfast support and encouragement.

International Coastal Clean-Up Day

In line with Rotary’s Area of Focus: Protecting the Environment, the Rotary Club of Panabo Central Panabo City, alongside our partners from LGUs, government agencies, schools, and passionate volunteers, joined hands for a day of service. 🌿

This simple act of service shows that when communities come together, we can create sustainable change that will be felt for generations. 💫

A heartfelt thank you to every volunteer and partner who made this meaningful activity possible. Your time and dedication bring us closer to a cleaner, greener, and brighter future. 🌱

September 10, 2025 | Governor’s Visit

The Rotary Club of Central Panabo City proudly welcomed District Governor Angel Jong Fernandez during his official visit, together with AG Gabriela Logronio, PAG Mary Anne Bantayan, RCCPC Board of Directors, Officers and Members .

The session was filled with meaningful discussions on the club’s plans and programs, highlighting the Governor’s call for us to expand our reach and strengthen our impact in the community. His message inspired everyone to continue serving with passion and commitment.

The day ended with joy and fellowship as members joined the advance celebration of Governor Jong’s birthday, making the occasion even more memorable. 🥳🎂 Truly, it was a gathering that embodied Rotary’s spirit , service above self, unity, and lasting impact. 💙💛

Monthly Meeting
August 15, 6:00 PM

Rotary Club of Central Panabo City gathered for our monthly club meeting with an agenda focused on service, strategy, and growth.

We discussed preparations for the Governor’s Visit, updates on The Rotary Foundation (TRF), and some plans . Each topic reminded us of the value of working together aligning our actions to serve better and reach farther. Here’s to a purposeful month ahead!

A warm welcome at Solaiman Madrasah
Today, our Rotary Panabo family visited Solaiman Madrasah one of our most meaningful and continuing projects. The school board greeted us with hot sikwate (pure made cacao cholcolate) and homemade kakanin a heartfelt gestures that feel us welcome.

We sat down with the school leaders, talked about what’s been done, and planned what more we can do because every step forward means brighter opportunities for the children here, todays visit remind us why we serve, to build lasting connections, create better spaces for learning, and share kindness in every cup and every conversation.

Congratulations to our newly inducted Club President, Rtn. Dainara Saire Bergantin, Paul Harris Fellow for Rotary Year 2025–2026!
With the inspiring theme “Unite for Good,”

President Dainara steps into leadership with passion, purpose, and the heart of true service. A young yet powerful force in Rotary, she is proof that great leaders are not defined by age but by action, compassion, and vision.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to District Governor Angel Jong Fernandez, Past District Governor Riezyl Reyes, Salvador-Angala, District Governor-Elect Arlene Adlawan, and all fellow Rotarians from Area 2D — RC Tagum Golden LACES, RC Tagum North, RC Davao, RC Davao Waling-Waling, and our very own RC Central Panabo , for their presence and support.

We also thank the vibrant Rotaract members for standing strong beside their Rotary family.

Unang Lakang: A Rotary Day for Children

As we begin another meaningful Rotary Year 2025–2026, we take our first step with purpose, compassion, and unity.

Today, we come together to celebrate Rotary Day for Children together with Officers & Members by providing school supplies and encouragement to the young girls of St. Therese Crisis Center Datu Abdul Panabo City with 26 young dreamers. These are not merely educational materials they are symbols of second chances, tools for transformation, and tokens of our collective belief that every child, regardless of her past, deserves a future filled with promise.

We choose to see them every year as we touch them with hope. They are daughters of potential, dreamers waiting to believe again, and young women capable of rising above their circumstances.

Our theme, “Unite for Good,” calls us to serve not only through charity but through unity Rotarians, partners, and advocates working hand in hand to reignite hope in these young lives. We are not here to judge their past, but to help shape their future.

As Rotarians, our work is not just about giving it is about restoring dignity, rebuilding dreams, and reminding every child that she matters. Today marks the beginning of a journey filled with service, compassion, and meaningful impact.

Let us continue walking forward together. Let this "Unang Lakang" be the start of many lives transformed, hearts inspired, and communities united for good.
