Today, we opened the space for leadership development that is rooted in self-awareness, emotional maturity, and inner clarity.

Through guided reflection, connection, and honest conversations, we explored what it means to lead without abandoning ourselves.

Leadership isn’t just about strategies or systems, impact focused leaders show up with authenticity, presence, and purpose.

This is just the beginning.
Our hearts are full.

Loving Yourself Through Hormonal Changes

Hormonal shifts affect more than just our bodies—they ripple through our emotions, thoughts, and sense of self.

Whether you are experiencing PMS, postpartum transitions, perimenopause, menopause, or even andropause, the inner turbulence can feel disorienting, even overwhelming.

In this sacred gathering, we come together not to fix ourselves, but to remember how to love ourselves through it all.

✨ Lia will share her journey through these cycles and how it led her to sovereignty.
