Masarap mabuhay sa mundo lalo na kung natutunan mo ang mga ito,

- never allow your emotions to overpower you

- do your best to maintain your physical, mental, and spiritual health

- start loving yourself, when you learn to love yourself you will never be lonely

- never regret that has happened in your life, it cannot be changed, undone or forgotten...so take it as a lesson and move on

- when you make a mistake, there are only three things you should ever do about it: admit it, learn from it, and don't repeat it

Kaya ka nahihirapan, Ikaw pa mismo yun bumabalakid o humahadlang sa gusto mo mangyari..

Na-experience mo na ba ito?

Instead of saying, "I don't want to do that, I've never done it before,"

Just say, "I'll try it because I may learn something new."

Instead of thinking, "I'm never going to get better at this," say, "I'll try again until I figure it out."

We tend to be hard on ourselves, but we need to be our biggest cheer leaders..
