Turmeric Chicken Anti-Inflammatory Soup🥘
A simple, healthy, and delicious way to support your wellness!🧑‍🍳

Ingredients:

•2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
•1 tbsp olive oil
•1 onion (chopped)
•3 cloves garlic (minced)
•1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
•1 tbsp turmeric powder
•4 cups chicken broth
•1 cup coconut milk
•2 cups spinach
•Salt and pepper to taste
•Juice of 1 lemon

How to Make It:

1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
2. Add onion and sauté until soft.
3. Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute.
4. Add turmeric powder and mix well.
5. Pour in chicken broth, then bring to a boil.
6. Add shredded chicken and coconut milk. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
7. Stir in spinach until wilted.
8. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Serve warm!
