Barangay Health Workers Day is a time to honor the dedication and hard work of the unsung heroes of our communities: the Barangay Health Workers (BHWs). These individuals are often the first point of contact for healthcare in many areas, providing essential services and promoting health awareness among their neighbors. Their commitment to improving the well-being of their communities is truly remarkable.
Today, our Barangay Health Workers Day celebration began with a meaningful Mass, followed by a joyous gathering to honor the invaluable contributions of our BHWs. We were especially grateful for the presence of our supportive Midwife Milagros R. Calibo, our one call away- Kagawad on Health Dario Arcamo, whose participation made our celebration even more meaningful. Our sincere thanks also go to our generous sponsors and to everyone who contributed to making this day a memorable one. Thank you so much and Happy BHW Day!!
