TO ALL PARTICIPATING SHEIKHS AND PILGRIMS FOR 2026 HAJJ SEASON

Subject: RELEASE OF 2026 HAJJ VISA, HEALTH CERTIFICATE, IDENTIFICATION CARD (ID), AND LUGGAGE STICKERS RELEASE AT THE NCMF-CENTRAL OFFICE, QUEZON CITY

The National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF), through its Bureau of Pilgrimage and Endowment (BPE), is pleased to announce the complete printing of Hajj Visas, Medical Certificates, IDs, and luggage stickers for the 2026 pilgrimage. The official schedule for the release of all travel documents, following the sequence of flight bookings departing from Manila to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) between May 1-8, 2026, is as follows, with Date of Flight and Date of Hajj Travel Document Release, respectively:

2. 02 May 202629 April 2026
3. 03 May 2026 >> 30 April 2026
4. 04 May 2026 >> 1 May 2026
5. 05 May 2026 >> 2 May 2026
6. 07 May 2026 >> 3 May 2026
7. 08 May 2026 >> 4 May 2026

ALL TRAVEL DOCUMENTS WILL BE RELEASED FROM 2:00PM TO 6:00PM DURING THE DURATION OF OUR RELEASING PROGRAM.

Important note: Pilgrims originating from outside Manila are advised to coordinate the collection of their visas with their Accredited Sheikhs prior to their arrival in Manila.

We urge everyone to stay informed through the official NCMF channels and to cooperate with the guidelines set forth.

Your cooperation and prompt action on this matter are highly appreciated as we collectively work towards a successful and well-organized Hajj 2026 for all Filipino pilgrims.
