The weeks after giving birth can bring many changes... physically, emotionally, and energetically. Rest may feel different, emotions may feel heavier, and the body may need extra care and gentleness.

At 𝗠𝗮𝗵𝗶𝘄𝗮𝗴𝗮 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, this session was a 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝘀® 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝗶𝗸𝗶, supporting deep rest, emotional release, and a calmer nervous system.

These sessions can help the body slow down, release stored tension, and create space for grounding and clarity especially during the postpartum season.
