Every Saturday this May, I committed to deepening my knowledge and skills in supporting mental health needs, because the work of caring for others begins with equipping ourselves well.

TRANSITIONS & TRANSFORMATIONS 💫

Grateful to have joined a meaningful gathering hosted by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), centered on the theme of transitions and transformations through coaching.

It was an inspiring time of learning and reflection—how coaching supports individuals as they navigate life’s many shifts, big and small. Whether it’s career changes, identity shifts, or healing journeys, coaching creates a space for clarity, courage, and conscious growth.

Even more special was being in the room with fellow coaches who share the same heart for walking with others through these transitions. 💛 Grateful for the conversations, insights, and renewed sense of purpose.

Breakfast that nourished more than just the body — it nourished the soul.
What began as a simple gathering turned into a powerful learning experience, thanks to Dr. Benjamin Vista of the Philippine Addiction Specialists Society and the Philippine Council for Mental Health.

His words didn’t just inform us — they moved us. They stirred something deeper: a call to action, a reminder that change begins with hearts that are willing and hands ready to serve.

Today, with renewed clarity, I am empowered and encouraged to move forward — to make a difference not only within the coaching community but also for the greater good of our nation.

Rooted in God’s majesty, strengthened by His purpose, and inspired by hope, we rise — together.

🧡 I’m still overwhelmed by God’s goodness.

From being someone once diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder… ❤️‍🩹
to standing today in Bali, Indonesia as a Compassionate Educator Awardee at the 3rd International Reset Summit — this is a story only God could write.🙏

As a Christian life coach, my mission has always been clear: to walk alongside others with hope, truth, and compassion. To now share the stage with mental health leaders, doctors, and heads of schools serving across the world humbles me beyond words.

This journey was never mine alone. I am deeply grateful to my family and friends, and especially to Ian — your love, prayers, and support helped carry me here.

🙌 Above all, I bring this all back to God.
