The origins of Saint Gerard Adult Family Home (Assisted Living Facility)
date back to 2014. With these experiences the founders of St. Gerard upgraded and professionalized the practices for the care of the elders or those with comorbidities. Saint Gerard has within its management team licensed health care professionals led by Dr. Josephine Guerrero, a Geriatric Medicine specialist, and Ms. Victoria, RN & MAN, as its operations manager. Caring with dignity is our organization’s core principle. The Adult Family Home specializes in providing holistic primary care and assisted living for the elderly with limitations in their ability to perform activities of daily living, or those with chronic conditions, such as but not limited to Dementia (Alzheimer’s Disease), Post-Stroke and those needing supervised care after hospitalization. The improved health conditions and quick improvement of our residents are a testament of the quality care we provide. Saint Gerard is equipped with medical equipment for delivering first aid. Linkages with a tertiary hospital within the vicinity, as well as doctors specializing in geriatric and home care, nephrology, cardiology, physical rehabilitation supported by physical and occupational therapists ensure that we are able to provide the medical attention needed by our residents.
