Paano Mag-alaga ng Pilay o Sprain: Ang RICE Method

Na-sprain ka na ba? Narito ang isang simpleng pamamaraan upang mapabilis ang paggaling:

— Rest: Huwag galawin ang nasaktang bahagi.

— Ice: Maglagay ng yelo sa nasaktang lugar upang mabawasan ang pamamaga.

— Compression: Balutan ang nasaktang lugar ng benda upang makatulong sa pagbawas ng pamamaga.

— Elevation: Itaas ang nasaktang bahagi upang mabawasan ang pamamaga.

Tandaan: Kung ang sakit ay malala o hindi nawawala pagkatapos ng ilang araw, kumonsulta sa isang doktor.
