Benchmarking Visit | Women and Children Protection Unit (WCPU)

We extend our heartfelt gratitude for the opportunity to conduct a benchmarking activity at the Women and Children Protection Unit (WCPU) of East Avenue Medical Center. The insights, best practices, and shared experiences gained from this visit will be a big help in the establishment and strengthening of the upcoming WCPU at Ospital ng Parañaque.

This December 22, 2025, OSPAR employees come together to share love, hope, and simple joys through Pamaskong Handog JRP, a humble gift-giving activity for the admitted patients of Ospital ng Parañaque.
These small tokens are lovingly given by all OSPAR employees, a simple expression of care, solidarity, and compassion for our patients this Christmas season.
This meaningful project is spearheaded in loving memory of our late Hospital Director, Dr. Jefferson Rivera Pagsisihan, whose compassion and unwavering dedication to patient-centered care continue to inspire us all.

Standard First Aid Training | December 15–17

Selected hospital employees from different divisions successfully completed the 3-day Standard First Aid Training held last December 15, 16, and 17.

This training enhanced their knowledge and skills in providing immediate and appropriate first aid response during emergencies, strengthening our hospital’s readiness and commitment to safety and quality patient care.

Thank you to all participants for their active involvement and dedication to learning. Together, we continue to build a safer and more prepared healthcare facility. 🚑👏

✨ FINAL 3 BATCHES OF BCSS & PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT TRAINING – 2025 ✨
📍 Ospital ng Parañaque

The final three batches of the Basic Customer Service Satisfaction (BCSS) and Personality Development Training for the year 2025 were successfully conducted on November 28 and December 4–5.

These last batches mark the culmination of our objective to train all OSPAR employees, strengthening our commitment to excellent customer service and professional conduct.

As we move forward, it is now time to sustain what we have started—by closely observing real-life scenarios in every hospital office through regular rounds and the systematic collection of reports. These feedback mechanisms will guide us in identifying areas for improvement and in continuously elevating the quality of service we provide to our patients.

Together, we remain committed to delivering excellent, compassionate, and responsive service for all. 💚

Ospital ng Parañaque successfully conducted the “Paassion Project” Free Cosmetic Surgery Mission for the residents of the City of Parañaque last November 23, 2025. The mission provided free rhinoplasty and blepharoplasty procedures, offering renewed confidence and improved quality of life to our beneficiaries.
This initiative was made possible through the expertise of the Philippine Academy of Aesthetic Surgery, headed by Dr. Roberto Vasquez, and with the kind support of our Hospital Administrator, Dra. Cherie Lynn T. Cruz, and our Hospital Director, Dr. Redentor Alquiroz.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our City Mayor, Hon. Edwin Olivarez, for his never-ending support for all the programs and projects of Parañaque.

ACLS–BLS Training
Ospital ng Parañaque successfully conducted an Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) Training in coordination with the Philippine Heart Association, through the combined efforts of the hospital and the City DRRMO, with the full support of our City Mayor Hon. Edwin L. Olivarez.
Selected Medical Specialists, Resident doctors, and nurses participated in the activity as part of our ongoing commitment to disaster preparedness and compliance with Department of Health (DOH) standards.
This training was held on November 17–23, 2025.
Together, we continue to strengthen our capacity to save lives and serve our community. ❤️💙

With these additional groups trained, we are now closely nearing our goal of training all OSPAR employees before the year ends. This ongoing initiative reflects our strong commitment to improving the quality of service we provide to our patients, visitors, and the entire community.
