1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
2. At least 2-3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
3. provide assistance and office support to the Operations Executive via organizing and maintaining confidential files, and handling confidential information and documents.
4. Knowledgeable and experienced in bookkeeping; payroll; employee benefits and remittances are a must.
5. Knowledge and experience in the issuance of cheques, bank reconciliations, and bank statements is an advantage
6. Able to create Financial Statement reports, Profit and loss, budgeting, journal entries, and other reports that will help the management in decision-making.
7. Preparation of BIR 2307 and all BIR-related monthly/ quarterly and Annual filing capacity.
8. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
9. Adept with BIR, SEC, and LGU regulations
