JUST IN: The Department of Health reports 14,640 new COVID-19 cases from July 11 to 17, a 44% increase from last week.

The daily average was 2,091 new infections. No new deaths were recorded from July 4 to 17.

There were 35 new critical cases recorded, while 589 critical infections are currently admitted to hospitals.
