✅ Hindi dapat lalampas sa P600K ang taunang kita ng pamilya
✅ Dapat handang dumalo sa hybrid (online at onsite) classes sa loob ng 7 buwan

✅ Dapat ay nasa mabuting kalusugan

OCTOBER 01, 2024: PAALALA SA PUBLIKO!!!

Nais naming ipabatid na sa nakalipas lang na dalawang araw, may dalawang insidente ng ONLINE SCAM sa pagkuha ng TESDA National Certificate (NC) gamit ang social media, ipinost ito ng isang nag-ngangalang ANA CARINA upang makapang-biktima. Ipinapakita sa post ang National Certificate sa Driving (NC) at Resibo na parehong PEKE.

Ang TESDA NCR - Pasay Makati District Office ay pinapaalalahanan ang Publiko na HUWAG kumuha ng TESDA National Certificate (NC) ONLINE. Alalahanin na ang anumang pekeng dokumento ay hindi kikilalanin ng iba pang ahensya ng Gobyerno tulad ng POEA-DMW, DFA.

Ang TESDA National Certificate ay maaring makuha lamang sa pamamagitan ng pagsasailalim sa TESDA National Assessment. Nagkakahalaga ito mula sa 700 Pesos hanggang 2,000 Pesos depende sa Kwalipikasyon na inyong kukuhanin.

Ang Publiko ay maaring mag-beripika ng accreditation ng Assessment Center sa pamamagitan ng TESDA website: https://www.tesda.gov.ph/AssessmentCenters

Narito ang updated na listahan kung paano maiiwasan ang dementia, batay sa 2024 report of the Lancet Commission, kung saan ang mataas na bad cholesterol at pagkawala ng paningin ay nakitang mga risk factor sa pagkakaroon ng dementia.

Did you know up to 45% of dementia cases could be delayed or even prevented?

New research commissioned by The Lancet reveals that almost half of cases of dementia could potentially be delayed or reduced, marking a 5% increase from their 2020 findings. The updated study also identified two new risk factors, failing eyesight and elevated LDL cholesterol levels, bringing the total number of risk factors to 14. This World Alzheimer's Month, help us spread awareness and challenge dementia stigma and misinformation.

Dementia cases are forecast to reach 78 million by 2030, but this is not a certainty. There is so much we can do, but every second is vital to making the world better for those living with dementia and their carers, today and in the future, we must act now.
