Hindi pwedeng gamitin palagi ang awa sa negosyo.

Mabuti kang tao.
Pero kung puso lang ang pinagana mo,
negosyo mo ang magiging kapalit.

❌ Empleyado na kinuha mo dahil lang naawa ka
Walang experience.
Walang galing.
Pero kinuha mo kasi mabait, may pinagdadaanan, o nahihiya kang tumanggi.
Sa huli, ikaw ang nahirapan.

✅ Solution: Piliin ang standards kahit masaktan sila.
Hindi pwedeng palitan ng awa ang competency.

Ang negosyo hindi charity.
May mission kang kailangang tuparin at hindi mo magagawa ‘yan kung padala ka sa emosyon.

❌ Empleyado na kailangan bantayan para gumalaw
Kapag wala ka, walang nangyayari.
Tapos kapag napagsabihan, balat sibuyas.

✅ Solution: Humanap ng taong may disiplina kahit walang nagbabantay
Yung hindi kailangang i-micromanage.
Yung may kusa, hindi dahilan.
Yan ang asset, hindi abala.

❌ Ka-team na siniraan ka nung di na siya nasunod
Nung okay pa kayo, todo suporta.
Pero nung hindi na siya masunod,
ikaw na ang masama.

Ganyan ang taong balat sibuyas at walang respeto.

✅ Solution: Wag mong ipilit ang taong pinili kang sirain kahit tinulungan mo na
Kung kaya ka nyang balewalain,
kaya ka rin niyang hilahin pababa.
Bitawan mo na bago pa masira pa ang negosyo mo.
