To truly understand Touchstar, you need to know the heart behind it, a dream born in a humble home office back in 2006. Our journey began under the name Touchstar Enterprises, a name carefully chosen with purpose. Touch signifies our commitment to reach out and make a difference, while Star symbolizes a dream, a vision of a better life, not just for one family but for many.
This dream was simple yet powerful: to provide a comfortable life for my family, to create jobs that would help others support their own families, and to find fulfillment in serving satisfied clients. It wasn’t about wealth or fame, but about purpose, passion, and people.
In the beginning, it was just me, doing everything from sales to deliveries, and my spouse helping with technical details and paperwork. We took on every opportunity, no matter how small, because each one brought us closer to the dream.
Then came a turning point, a hospital needed to set up its laboratory clinic, and they needed equipment. It was a big leap, a risk that meant investing all our savings and borrowing money to make it happen. We took that leap, it was the beginning of a business model that we continue to build on today. From that first set of machines, Touchstar grew, one step at a time, one satisfied client after another.
Through hard work and perseverance, Touchstar expanded steadily, And then, in the midst of the 2020 pandemic, we took another significant step forward, becoming Touchstar Medical Enterprises Inc.
Our mission has always been clear: to be known nationwide as a trusted partner in the medical industry. Today, we are proud to have satisfied clients across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
