"I struggled with my milk supply during Alesso's 1st few weeks.

Now I am blessed with enough supply for Kaia.

But as you can see she's quite big for her age, sobrang takaw nya!

In order to sustain my milk supply i have to eat 4 rice meals in a day, soup, etc and drink my Vibrant Choco which has malunggay powder.

I usually drink it as it is. Or at night time pag sobra na ung nakain ko I mix it with oatmeal for added fiber.

In the morning where we produce the most, I would usually collect 100-110ml from my right b**b while Kaia feeds on the left so that dada can feed her thru the bottle on days that I need to go out. 🥰
